These Terms &amp; Conditions govern your use of our website, booking platform, and travel services. About Urban Sunset Safaris<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Urban Sunset Safaris specializes in organizing and facilitating:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wildlife safaris<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Group tours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Private tours<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Day trips and excursions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Holiday packages<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Airport transfers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accommodation bookings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom travel experiences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Booking Confirmation<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A booking shall only be considered confirmed when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The required deposit or full payment has been received;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Availability has been confirmed;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A booking confirmation has been issued by Urban Sunset Safaris.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings where payment has not been completed within the stipulated period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Pricing and Payments<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All prices are quoted in the applicable currency as indicated during booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Full payment must be completed before the commencement of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any bank charges, transfer fees, or payment processing charges shall be borne by the customer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Cancellation Policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customer Cancellations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Urban Sunset Safaris understands that plans may change. The following cancellation policy applies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 Cancellations are allowed up to <strong>7 days before the scheduled trip date<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u2705 Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email, WhatsApp, or other official communication channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u274c Cancellations made <strong>1 day before the safari date or on the safari date without providing a replacement participant<\/strong> will result in <strong>NO REFUND<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u274c Any deposit paid shall be retained to cover third-party reservations, bookings, and administrative expenses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u274c <strong>No refund shall be issued for failure to attend the trip (No-Show).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Changes to Bookings<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any request to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Change travel dates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Change destinations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer bookings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Replace travelers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">shall be subject to availability and approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional charges may apply depending on supplier policies and existing reservations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Travel Documents<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travelers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Valid identification documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visas (where applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vaccination certificates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any other required travel documents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Urban Sunset Safaris shall not be liable for denied travel resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Traveler Responsibilities<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All travelers are expected to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow instructions provided by guides and tour leaders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Respect fellow travelers, wildlife, and local communities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comply with park regulations and local laws.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct themselves responsibly throughout the trip.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Urban Sunset Safaris reserves the right to remove any traveler whose conduct endangers others or disrupts the experience. No refund shall be provided in such circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Health and Safety<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travelers participate in tours and activities at their own risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Disclosing relevant medical conditions that may affect participation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrying any required medication.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Following safety instructions issued during the trip.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Urban Sunset Safaris shall not be liable for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses arising from participation in activities except where required by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Force Majeure<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Urban Sunset Safaris shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, modifications, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Natural disasters<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Floods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Severe weather conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Government restrictions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Political unrest<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pandemics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transportation disruptions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acts of terrorism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In such cases, refunds and rescheduling options shall be subject to third-party supplier policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Limitation of Liability<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Urban Sunset Safaris acts as an organizer and facilitator of travel services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We shall not be held responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Acts or omissions of third-party suppliers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delays or cancellations by transport providers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during travel beyond our reasonable control.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Urban Sunset Safaris for the affected booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Photography and Marketing<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Urban Sunset Safaris may capture photographs and videos during trips for promotional and marketing purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By participating in our tours, you permit us to use such media unless you expressly notify us otherwise before the trip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">12.
